150g zucchini
120g low-fat quark
35g oat bran
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
Spices at will
Herbal curd ingredients
100g low-fat quarkfresh herbs, or frozen herbsspicesTomato paste
Grate the zucchini and mix with the other ingredients for the buffers.
Let it soak for a few minutes.
Fry until golden brown on both sides in a non-stick pan.
(I grilled them in the contact grill)
Mix all the ingredients for the herbal quark and add a little water if necessary.
