600g beef goulash
3 onions
3 bell peppers
500g mushrooms
400ml beef broth
3 tablespoons tomato paste
optional 1-2 bay leaves
Sear the goulash,
add onions and
mushrooms,
fry the tomato paste
season with salt, pepper and paprika,
deglaze with beef broth.
Add 1 bay leaf (optional).
turn the heat to 2-3 and simmer for 1 1/2 hours
Add paprika and
simmer for another 30 minutes.
