Kale spaetzle casserole

200g eatlea cheese

300g kale

200g 0,2% cream cheese

salt pepper

Onion

1 clove of garlic

Minimal oil

600g canned chunky tomatoes

30g tomato paste

2TL paprika powder

400g spaetzle


Spätzle ( you can find the recipe here on the blog. You can not take normal spaetzle!) cook or prepared ready.

Grate cheese, set aside.

Kale cut into small pieces or make small in the Thermomix, with 300ml water, stirring cook and mix with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Dice onions and garlic, sauté with minimal oil, add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, bell pepper and paprika, cook everything for 10 minutes.


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put the spaetzle in the baking dish, put the kale mixture on top and pour the tomato sauce over it. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top.

The whole thing goes into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
