Zucchini chips

Wash the zucchini, peel it and slice it into 2-3mm thick slices.

Put in a bowl, pour a little olive oil and add herbs to taste. I prefer to use herb salt with zucchini.


After that you have two options.

1. preheat the oven to 120°, spread the zucchini slices one by one on a baking sheet (they must not touch each other) put the baking sheet in the oven and watch. Depending on the oven, it may take between ten and 20 minutes. The zucchini chips should be dried only


2. in the dehydrator. Spread the zucchini slices one by one and on the drying grids, set the dehydrator at 70° and dry for 3-4 hours.
