Zucchini - carrot pancakes

Recipe for 2 persons
6 carrots
1 zucchini
2 large onions
2 eggs
coconut flour
Shred the vegetables, mix with the eggs and coconut flour.
Let stand for 10 minutes so that the coconut flour can swell.
Form small pancakes on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
