300g ground oat bran
4 eggs
200g Xucker light
Scrape out 1 vanilla pod
4 teaspoons of baking powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let soak for 30 minutes! If the dough is too thick, add a little mineral water until it is smooth!
Makes 12 waffles
Set the waffle iron on the lowest setting.
Be careful, the waffles are ready in no time!
If you don't eat them all at once, please put them in a Tupperware box immediately or leave them on a plate on purpose, then they will turn into biscuits.
