Vegan warm beans vegetable

200 g Princess beans

100 g curry tofu

1 onion

3 carrots

2 large tomatoes


Wash the beans and cut off the ends, then cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Rinse with ice cold water and set aside.


In the meantime, peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes, cut the tofu into coarse cubes and then mash them with your fingers.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the green and also cut into rough cubes.

Wash and peel the carrots and cut them into very fine cubes.


Leave olive oil in a pan, cook the onions and carrots in it, add the tomatoes and curry tofu. Once everything is cooked, add the beans to the pan to warm them up.


Season with salt and pepper and serve in a bowl.
