VEGAN rolls

200 g of bran

3 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder

250-300 ml of hot H²0


Mix everything together and let swell briefly.

Shape the dough into rolls with damp hands.

Place the rolls on baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
