Vegan farmer breakfast

100 g smoked tofu

1 large boiled potato

5-6 cocktail tomatoes

3 mushrooms

1 spring onion

soy sauce

olive oil

salt

pepper


Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes, wash, clean and coarsely dice the tomatoes and mushrooms, as well as the spring onions.

Cut the potato into coarse cubes as well.


Put some olive oil in a pan and fry the smoked tofu until hot, deglaze with soy sauce. Immediately add the potatoes and mushrooms. Sauté everything briefly. Then add the onion and tomatoes and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper.


Arrange in a bowl
