Spinach dumplings

200g low fat quark

1 egg

4-5 tbsp oat bran fine or coarse


Mix everything together


Cut the spinach fresh, sauté in a pan with the garlic, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.


Mix the dough and the spinach, preferably by hand, and leave to stand for a few minutes.


Put the water on to boil, simmer the dumplings gently for 15-20 min.

(Alternatively over steam or in a steamer).


I had fried mushrooms with spring onions with it.
