Spaetzle basic recipe

200g oat bran

250 g curd cheese

4 eggs

1 pinch of salt

nutmegpepper


Stir the ingredients together and leave to soak for about 15 minutes.With a scraping board or a spaetzle press, press or scrape the spaetzle into the boiling water.Bring the water to a boil as soon as the spaetzle float on top, remove with a slotted spoon.
