Green salad
1 avocado
1-2 spring onions
2 tomatoes
roasted pine nuts
olives
red pepper berries
salt
olive oil
white balsamic vinegar
Cut the lettuce into strips, wash and dry. Arrange in a bowl.
Clean and dice the tomatoes and spring onions, halve the avocado, remove the pit and cut into cubes in the peel. Then lift out of the peel with a spoon. Add olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar.
Mix everything together and arrange on the salad.
