Red cabbage in TM:

For 4 people

Approx. 500 g red cabbage

2 onions

2 apples

2 bay leaves

4 allspice seeds (or powder)

Salt not too little

Pepper

20 ml red wine vinegar

30 gram xucker

1 tablespoon coconut fat


Chop apples

Chop red cabbage

Add coconut oil (1 tablespoon)

Steam for 1 hour

Then season to taste, add a sip of port/red wine if you like and let it boil down.
