Protein bread

250g coarse oat bran

500g low-fat quark

6 eggs

1 packet of tartar baking powder

1 teaspoon bread spice


Mix everything together and place in a silicone mold or a loaf pan lined with baking paper and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
