Parsnip chips

Wash and peel the parsnips and slice them into 2-3mm thick slices.

Put in a bowl, pour a little olive oil and add herbs to taste. I only salt.


After that you have two options.

1. preheat the oven to 120°, spread the parsnip slices one by one on a baking sheet (they must not touch each other) put the baking sheet in the oven and watch. Depending on the oven, it may take between ten and 20 minutes. The parsnips should be dried only


2. in the dehydrator. Spread the parsnip slices one by one and on the drying grids, set the dehydrator to 70° and dry for 3-4 hours.
