100 g fine oat bran
200 g coconut yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 sachet baking powder
20 g psyllium
40 ml water
Mix everything together and let it swell for 20 min. Form small balls and flatten. Season to taste. Bake at 180 C until crispy.
