Oat bran bun



100g of oat bran

180g coconut yogurt

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 packet of baking powder

20g flea seeds

40ml water


Mix together the oat bran, yoghurt, 1 egg, salt and baking powder. Quickly stir in the fleas and water and leave to soak for 20 minutes.


Shape buns. Optionally sprinkle with a little oat bran.

Bake 180 ° top and bottom heat for about 20-30 minutes.
