Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix 1 egg substitute and let it swell for 5 minutes.
Mix 180g coconut yogurt and the egg substitute until creamy.
Add 100g ground oat bran, salt , 1 packet baking powder and mix until smooth.
Add 20g ground psyllium husks and 40ml water and mix quickly.
Then let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle some oat bran on the tray and form the rolls with wet hands then turn them in it. If you like, cut the rolls crosswise.
Bake on the middle shelf for about 40 minutes.
Delicious and great as a stock ...
