Oat bangers

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix 180 g low-fat quark and one egg until creamy.

Add 100g oat bran, salt , 1 packet baking powder and mix until smooth.

Add 20g psyllium husks and 40ml water and mix quickly.

Then let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle some oat bran on the baking tray and form the rolls with wet hands, then turn them over. If you like, cut the rolls crosswise.

Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 35 minutes. Delicious and great for storing ...
