50g parmesan
350g cauliflower florets
Put salt, white pepper and 2 eggs in the blender!
On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, divide the mixture into 4 flat cakes and press down with a tablespoon.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Now spread 70g sour cream, 1 red onion, 70g smoked tofu.
Bake again at 240 degrees with grill function for about 10 minutes
Serve with chives
