3 leeks
1 onion
3 carrots
100 g mushrooms
100 g smoked tofu
100 ml oat cream Cuisine
100 g soy cream cheese
500 ml vegetable broth
coconut oil

Soy sauce
Wash and clean the leeks and cut them into fine rings.
Wash, peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
Peel and finely dice the onions.
Make minced meat from the smoked tofu. This is best done in a Thermomix or a good high-performance blender.
To do this, coarsely dice the tofu, put it in the blender and grind briefly on high speed.
Put the coconut oil in a pot, sauté the onions, then add the carrots and mushrooms and finally the leeks. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt.
Deglaze with the vegetable broth. Add the oat cream and the soy cream cheese and simmer for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, fry the smoked tofu mince in a pan over high heat. Deglaze with soy sauce.
Season the sauce with salt and vegetable broth and add the minced tofu.
Arrange on a plate
