Jack Fruit pan with vegetables and cauliflower rice

200g jackfruit

1 onion

1-2 cloves of garlic

broccoli

zucchini

paprika

100ml vegetable stock


Marinate the jackfruit according to the instructions with oil and spices to taste.


Peel and dice the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil with the jackfruit. Add vegetable stock,

Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and add them.

Let cook for about 10 minutes.
