200g natural tofu
1 savoy cabbage
gluten-free soy sauce
ginger
garlic
Curry hot
Vegetable broth
salt
Fry the tofu in the soy sauce with ginger, curry and garlic.
Cut the savoy cabbage into small pieces and cook in a saucepan with the vegetable stock.
When the tofu has absorbed the liquid, add it to the savoy cabbage.
Let everything draw together for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
