150 gr chickpea flour

450 ml lukewarm water

geh. tsp. salt

mix without lumps and let stand about 6 hours better over night.


Then neatly season with pepper and rosemary and off into the preheated oven, at 250 degrees about 20-30 min.


Is nice and crispy on the outside and soft inside.


Perfect side dish for hummus or similar dip
