1 buffalo mozzarella
10 cherry tomatoes
roasted pine nuts
olive oil
Aceto Balsamico red
salt
pepper
basil
Tear the buffalo mozzarella into pieces and arrange on a plate. Wash the tomatoes, cut into quarters, season with salt and pepper and place on top of the mozzarella. Drizzle acetone and olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with pine nuts and basil.
