200g ground oat bran
400g Koskos yoghurt
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of Imperial Soda
2 tbsp very de-oiled cocoa
1 ML Solis Raw Cacao
100g erythritol or to taste
Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
Fill three-quarters of the dough into paper cases and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, using wooden sticks to check whether the muffins are dry inside.
