150 g coconut yogurt

100 g ground oat bran

1 egg substitute

100 g vegan grated cheese

1 tsp carob bean gum

Salt and spices of your choice. I added curry in this case.

First mix the egg substitute and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Then mix the coconut yogurt with the egg substitute until lump free, add the cheese and mix well. Finally, add the oat bran and carob bean gum.


Let stand for about 15 minutes.

Divide the dough. It is enough for two baking sheets!

Place half of the dough in the center of a baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Now roll out very thinly with a roller.


Put the whole thing in the oven at 180° convection oven for about 40 minutes. Please observe! Depending on the oven, the baking time is different.
