1000g low fat quark
200g cream cheese 0.2% fat
6 eggs
200g erythritol (Xucker light)
3-4 tbsp Triple Protein Shake Vanilla (sweetened)
Lemon juice from one lemon
Grated organic lemon
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix all other ingredients. Fold in the beaten egg whites, mix everything carefully. Pour into a baking tin and bake at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes.
For me it was 60 minutes.
I covered the cake with aluminium foil for the remaining 15 minutes to prevent it from getting too dark.
