500 g chard
5-6 carrots
1 onion
1/8 cup red lentils
Olive oil
Salt
Curry
Prepare the red lentils according to package directions.
Wash the chard, remove the leaves from the stems and cut the stems into very fine cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes as well. Wash and peel the carrots and cut them into very fine cubes.
Pour olive oil in a pan and sauté everything together in the pan and stew for 8-10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the leaves of the chard into fine strips.
Once the vegetables are translucent, add the leaves and let them fall together. Fold in the rice and season everything with salt and curry.
Serve in a bowl.
