Baguette basic dough

250g oat bran

40g Colon Formula

500g low fat quark

6 eggs

2 tsp tartar baking powder

salt

50g lean ham cubes

80g Eatlean

(50g for the dough, the rest for the top)


Mix ingredients into a dough and divide between two bowls.


Let stand for 30 min.

In the meantime, fry 3 small onions.

Add the onions to the one dough in the one bowl.

Mix the other batter with lean diced ham and Eatlean cheese. Spread a little cheese on top!


Form two baguettes with wet hands and bake in a preheated oven 200 degrees 20-25
