1 avocado
1-2 tomatoes
1-2 spring onions
1/2 pear
pine nuts
Salt
Red pepper berries
Olive oil
White balsamic vinegar
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and score small diamonds into the flesh in the skin, then use a spoon to lift the cubes out of the skin of the fruit (this way you have diced the avocado right away) and put it in a bowl, wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut them into small cubes. Add to the avocado in the bowl. Clean the spring onions, cut them into strips and add them to the tomato and avocado. Cut the pear into small cubes and add to the avocado and tomato. Roast the pine nuts and add to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl with the salt, red pepper berries, oil and vinegar and mix.
