Clean the tomato, remove the green stalk and cut into slices. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and lift it out of the skin with a spoon. Then cut into strips.
Arrange avocado and tomato alternately. Add salt, garnish with olive oil and aceto, cut the basil into strips and place over the avocado tomacella with the toasted pine nuts and pepper berries.
