1 avocado
1-2 spring onions
2 tomatoes
a few trimmed tomatoes
roasted pine nuts
olives
red pepper berries
salt
olive oil
white balsamic vinegar
Clean and dice the tomatoes and green onions, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and dice in the peel. Then lift out of the peel with a spoon.
Cut the dried tomatoes and olives into strips.
Mix all ingredients together and arrange in a bowl.
