2 bell peppers
1/2 onion
1 tsp salt
1 handful baby spinach
1 ML Green Medley
2 tsp psyllium husks
4 tbsp. chia seeds
Preheat the oven to 120
Wash and dry the baby spinach, chop the bell bell pepper and onion into coarse pieces and puree them together with the spinach in a blender.
Add the salt, chia seeds, psyllium husks and the Green Medley and blend until smooth.
Using a cake scraper, spread out two round wraps on baking paper
Dry the two wraps in the oven for 60-80 minutes. Please make sure that the dough does not become dry. It must remain elastic and pliable!
You can prepare the wraps and store them in an airtight tupperware for one day
I filled mine with: sautéed mushrooms, vegan cheese and cooked asparagus,
besides with vegan bacon and avocado cream, you can also find them on my blog,
Beware. These are the most delicious wraps I have ever eaten....
