Vegan yogurt dip

500 ml coconut yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil

grated 1/4 organic lemon

Juice of half an organic lemon

Fresh garden herbs

Garlic

Salt

Pepper


Press the garlic through a press, mix it with the grated lemon, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Chop the garden herbs and add them to the oil. Stir the mixture into the yogurt and let it sit for half an hour.
