1-2 zucchini
6-8 vine tomatoes
1-2 onions
1-2 garlic cloves
rosemary

Wash the zucchini and cut into noodles with a spiral cutter.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the green stalk and cut into eighths.
Peel the onions and cut them into fine strips.
Peel the garlic and chop it together with the fresh herbs.
Heat a pan, add very little olive oil, put the tomatoes in the pan with the onions and stew gently. Just before the end, add the garlic and herbs.
Heat some olive oil in a second pan and cook the zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes.
