Coconut milk yogurt
Herb salt
Basil
Thyme
Some freshly squeezed lemon juice
Chop the herbs, drain the water from the coconut yogurt and mix everything together.
Tastes great as a dip with grilled vegetables, vegan meatballs, raw vegetables, homemade crackers.
