Vegan salad dressing

2/3 olive oil
2/3 coconut milk
1/3 white balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper,
1TL mustard
Shake well. In a glass bottle, this dressing will keep for about five days in the refrigerator.
Use a maximum of 1 tbsp.
