Vegan bowl with fried mushrooms and bacon

Vegan bacon (you can find the recipe here on my blog)

Vegan salad dressing (you can find the recipe to here on my blog).


Clean the mushrooms, cut them into quarters and fry them in a pan. Then salt and pepper them.

Wash the lettuce, dry, spin and dress in an extra bowl with the vegan dressing.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and arrange them on the lettuce.

Slice the cucumber into very thin strips with a slicer and arrange on the salad as well.

Finally, add the fried mushrooms and the vegan bacon to the bowl.
