Rosemary Foccacia / Flatbread

90g oat bran

5g baking powder

150g coconut yogurt

salt

30g water

1 egg


Covering:

rosemary

Coarse salt

sesame


Mix together oat bran, coconut yoghurt, baking powder, egg, water and salt and leave to soak for about 20 minutes.

Shape flat cakes and sprinkle with salt, rosemary and sesame seeds.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° top and bottom heat.
