Oat bran buns vegan

200 g of ground oat bran

2 teaspoons of tartar baking powder

3 ML BodySmartSolution Vegan Protein Vanilla

3 tbsp chia seeds

6 tbsp warm water

salt

Spices of your choice (I used caraway seeds and a Sonnentor spice flower mixture here)

250 ml of warm water


Mix the chia seeds with the water and set aside to swell for 15 minutes.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° above heat.


Mix the oat bran, baking powder, vegan protein, and spices together.

Mix the chia seed gel with the water and the ingredients vigorously.

Mix the oat bran, baking powder, vegan protein, and spices together.


Let it soak for about 15 minutes. The dough has to be so smooth that it can be easily shaped into rolls with your hands


Shape the dough into six rolls with wet hands and carefully cut into them at the top.


Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °.

Then place another 5 minutes under the grill to brown and crisp.
