Mushroom pan with cauliflower rice and smoked tofu

250 grams of white mushrooms

250 grams of brown mushrooms

250 gr shiitake

250 grams of herb char

1 onion

Salt, pepper

Vegetable broth

100 gr smoked tofu

Coconut oil


Clean and chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them with a little coconut oil.

Chop the cauliflower in a blender.

Also fry in a pan with vegetable stock!

Fry the smoked tofu with a teaspoon of oil!

Arrange everything together on a plate and garnish with chives.
