1 package of Feto (a special type of tofu. Can be found in well-stocked organic stores)
Olive oil
garlic
fresh herbs
salt
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Chop the fresh herbs and add them to the garlic. Mix with salt and olive oil. Take the Feto out of the package and cut it into cubes. Pour the herb oil over it, mix well and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Attention, the Feto is usually already salted. Therefore, it is better to add salt than to over-season...
