Fried fennel with mushrooms and smoked tofu

1 fennel bulb

250 g mushrooms

1 onion

125 g smoked tofu

Soy sauce

salt and pepper


Clean the fennel and onion and cut into thin strips. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Put both aside. Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry in a pan, then deglaze with the soy sauce. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside. Put the vegetables in the pan and fry them over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Finally add the smoked tofu and heat again together.


Arrange on a plate. Place the greens from the fennel on top of the vegetables as a garnish.
