Curry Nuggets

300 g tofu

1 mango

80 g chia seeds

salt, curry


Cut the tofu roughly into cubes and put it into the Thermomix, peel the mango, remove the core, add it to the tofu and finally pour the 80 g chia seeds into the Thermomix. Process everything to a homogeneous dough.


Then form about 21 nuggets and put them on a baking tray. Bake at 200° for 30 to 35 minutes.


7 nuggets yield 100 g of tofu and are one serving in the SWK.
