Coconut amaranth with blueberries

250 ml coconut yogurt

1-2 tbsp puffed amaranth

100 gr blueberries


Mix the yogurt with the amaranth and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then serve with the blueberries.


Amaranth is one of the oldest cereals. It contains all 22 amino acids. However, it also contains carbohydrates. Therefore, please use it sparingly.
