Salad
Sherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Radish
Smoked tofu
Soy sauce
Vegan salad dressing
Wash the lettuce and dress with the vegan salad dressing.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and arrange them on the salad.
Slice the cucumber very finely with a slicer and arrange on the salad.
Wash the radish, then slice very finely and arrange on the salad.
Cut the smoked tofu into very fine cubes and cross-fry in a pan with very little fat. Finally, deglaze with soy sauce and arrange on the bowl.
Sprinkle a little coarse salt and pepper over the bowl.
