Apple chialade

500g apples

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

50g chia seeds


Grate the apples, add the vanilla, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Add chia seeds, stir well.

Pour hot into clean glasses, close and turn upside down. So the chialade should last longer.
